Missions du poste

Rail Europe is the official distributor representing all the European railways and networks.

you will be Responsible for the day to day management of paid digital marketing channels and SEO to maximise site traffic and customer acquisition across all Rail Europe markets (North and South America, Oceania, Asia, Africa-Middle East)

  • Work closely with the E-Commerce Marketing Manager to develop the acquisition strategy and be responsible for implementing this to drive revenue across all paid for customer acquisition channels including but not restricted to SEM, Affiliates, Re-targeting and Display Advertising.
  • Responsible for meeting and stretching realistic budgets/forecasts and KPIs for customer acquisition expenditure, visitors, orders, AOV and ROI (Return on Investment).
  • Work with a 3rd party agency to deliver a best practice SEO for all regional websites.
  • Work with the PPC coordinator and partner agencies to ensure best in class SEM setup and forecast volumes and profitability
  • Work with the affiliate program coordinator to define strategy and KPI’s across all regions
  • Work with Display advertising coordinator to monitor performance of awareness, traffic acquisition and retargeting campaigns
  • Continued analysis of sales data and competitor activity to inform tactical and strategic decision making
  • Responsible for ensuring all E-Commerce customer acquisition marketing activity is consistent with digital and brand marketing activity and guidelines.
  • Manages a team of 3 e-marketing coordinators

Profil recherché

  • Education : Master degree (preferably from a business school)
  • Experience required : 4-5 years
  • Proven track-record of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across PPC, and display media prospecting and retargeting
  • Previous experience working with third party marketing agencies including search, online advertising, affiliates and re-targeting
  • Demonstrable knowledge of SEO
  • Eager to take on the management of a team
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to adhere to budgets and deliver exceptional results within a fast paced environment essential
